Should you be interested in selling your boat and find you are too busy to deal with marketing and handling initial enquiries, then over the years we have found an excellent way to sell vessels by marketing them weekly on our own FB boats for sale group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1597526780553819 which is one of the largest on FB. With our weekly marketing this ensures your vessel gets full exposure to potential buyers.
We also then market her on other FB groups where she is located, on our own website and sailboatlistings.com
We then handle the initial enquiries and after discussion, should the potential buyer still be interested, we pass them onto you as we feel that any deal is best handled by the seller and the buyer and not a third party such as a broker who sometimes does not know the boat that well or concentrates more on higher priced boats for higher commission!
Should you be able to strike a deal then we can also assist you with examples of contracts at no cost.
For this service we charge; 2.5 percent of the sales price for boats over USD100k and; 5 percent for boats under USD100k, payable only on the sale of your vessel.
If your boat is in Luperon, DR we can also show her at USD60 including pick up and return to the dinghy dock plus we can also arrange same in Grenada.
We can also assist your buyer with info on transport, accommodation, surveyors etc in Luperon and Grenada at no cost.
