This is a turn-key sailing vessel that is well stocked and properly organized and ready to cruise. Currently on a pre-paid mooring until 18 Dec. '18 where I take care of her. Due to new work commitments the owner cannot get time off to come and play in the Caribbean and hence why this very strong, sound and pretty vessel is now on the market. She had a partial survey done in 2016 for the current owner when he purchased her and all was good (a copy can be made available to prospective buyers). She is a very strong and sound vessel deigned by Carl Alberg and was built in the Whitby Boat Works in Canada (boat No. 245) who are well known for building strong boats.
